There is a substantial offer of well-developed industrial land as well as business incubators and centres of excellence which, together with the subsidies available from the federal state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern among others and the excellent framework conditions created by the municipalities in cooperation with politicians, offer good preconditions for a successful location. There is also a 155 hectares industrial site available in Pasewalk in the immediate vicinity of the motorway A 20.
